The Philippine Basketball Association (PBA) announced a partnership with BingoPlus Philippines on Wednesday, April 6, in a contract signing ceremony held at the Smart Araneta Coliseum.
According to the reports, the two parties officially signed the sponsorship deal for the 47th Season of the PBA. The signing ceremony was attended by PBA Commissioner Willie Marcial, Leisure & Resorts World Corporation (LRWC) president Andy Tsui. Also present were PBAPI head Jo Francisco and Director Peter Antolin. Joining them were Trout and Partners SEA CEO and senior partner Robert Lee, and AB Leisure Exponent, Inc. (ABLE) president Jasper Vicencio.
No financial details were provided in the report. But, according to Tsui, the partnership will foster their shared passion for entertainment with value. He called it an “ideal partnership” for both PBA and BingoPlus.
The Ideal Partnership: BingoPlus Philippines and PBA
“BingoPlus and PBA share the same passion for bringing entertainment that adds value to its audience. It is for this reason that we find this as an ideal partnership,” Tsui said. “We encourage all the fans and viewers of the PBA to try playing BingoPlus and find out why we are the best bingo online,” he added.
BingoPlus is the newest gaming brand under the recreation giant Leisure & Resorts World Corporation (LRWC). The brand is also the first PAGCOR-licensed online traditional bingo games in the country. This year, they are not only forging partnerships. Still, they are also demonstrating a commitment to support local teams and leagues in the country to nurture a relationship with all the basketball-loving fans in the country.
According to Vicencio, the partnership with PBA will be especially beneficial. It is particularly helpful as BingoPlus expands into its goal of becoming the Filipinos’ brand of choice. They aim to not only be the go-to site for bingo games, but also for other games like slot machines and poker. As a one-stop shop for entertainment in the country, they announced that the platform will eventually have everything else entertaining.
“We are pushing to grow our online and on-site patrons, boost our social media followings and website traffic, and engage more with the media,” he added.
